Pizzagalli Properties LLC’s primary emphasis is office building development including speculative, pre-leased and build-to-suit buildings.  Pizzagalli’s portfolio encompasses industrial buildings as well.  Typically located in suburban areas, our office parks feature buildings generally ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 square feet with refined architectural design, attractive landscaping and state-of-the-art mechanical systems.  Our build-to-suit assignments range from 10,000 to 300,000 square feet.  We apply the same ingenuity and skills to all of our projects.
